By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, please do not access or use the Service.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will become effective 180 days from the date it is posted on the Service, and your continued access or use of the Service after that period will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. How We Use Your Information

We will use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

Document Downloads (Insights)

When you download one of the documents in the “Insights” section of our website, we ask for your first name, last name, business email address and company. Together with the document and language you chose, the time of the download, your browser identification string (user agent), the referring page (without query parameters) and a hashed (pseudonymised) form of your IP address, this data is stored in Microsoft Azure (Azure Table Storage, region West Europe, Netherlands, EU). We use it to provide the requested document and to record who received it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps at your request). We review download records periodically and delete them no later than 24 months after the download. To spare you retyping the form, your browser also stores the details you entered locally (localStorage, key ts-insights-lead) for 30 days; this data never leaves your device other than when you request another document, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. The download link itself is a time-limited link (valid for 10 minutes) to a private file store. To keep automated abuse away from this form, it is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you open the download form. It analyses your interaction with the form and transmits data such as your IP address, browser information and mouse or touch movements to Google, which may transfer it to servers in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against bots and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How We Share Your Information

We will not transfer your personal information to third parties without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:

  • Analytics

We require such third parties to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and to retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill that purpose.

We may also disclose your personal information to:

  1. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes;
  2. Enforce our agreements with you, including this Privacy Policy;
  3. Respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third party’s rights.

If the Service or our company is merged with or acquired by another company, your information will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.
